How to retain Healing forever? - Part 4

RETENTION OF HEALING OF A SICKNESS CAUSED BY SINS

As we discussed under Part 3 of this series, someone can receive healing of a sickness caused by the devil based on his own sins, when his sins are forgiven after he sincerely repents over them and accepts  that Jesus Christ bore his sins in His Body on the cross and died for him in order that he might receive the forgiveness of sins and the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ.

Nevertheless, this kind of healing lasts in someone's body only as long as he preserves himself from sins. In other words, the moment he starts to live in sins again, the devil can attack him with another sickness. According to the Scripture, giving the opportunity for the devil at the second time will be more dangerous as the devil would do a greater damage this time.
Once Jesus healed a person who was suffering from an infirmity (sickness) for thirty eight years (John 5:5-8). Then again, on some other day, Jesus saw the same person in the temple and the below scripture shows the words Jesus spoke to the man at this occasion.

(John 5:14)
Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

What could be the reason to make the situation of the above man become worse in case he would commit sins again?

Look at the below words of Jesus Christ:
(Matthew 12:43-45)
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

The words, "empty", "swept", and "garnished" in the above passage of the Scripture shows the backsliding state of a person, who has empowered the devil for the second time by committing sins once forgiven. But this time, we can notice how the same evil spirit bringing seven other spirits that are more wicked than himself. Why? because the evil spirit wants to cause a severe damage to the person in a way that prevents him from repenting over his sins again and thereby troubling the evil spirit to go out of his body again.
I have seen people who come from different religious backgrounds, openly criticizing 'the act of receiving forgiveness for sins in Christianity' with the point that people can commit sins over and over again and simply receive forgiveness from God. In fact, a person's sins are not just forgiven until he comes to a true repentance. On the other hand, the above explanation proves that repeating the process of sinning and receiving forgiveness is something which could definitely be hindered by the enemy (devil).
