(6) Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
(7) Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
(8) They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
(9) Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.,
The above verses describe how God is bringing the judgement upon Lucifer. According to the plan of God, it is not God who is going to destroy Lucifer. If you read the 7th verse carefully, you can understand that God is going to use strangers to destroy the beauty of his wisdom and to defile his brightness which was enjoyed by Lucifer so far.
Who are these Strangers?
These strangers are also referred to as the terrible of the nations in the same verse. In other words, although they are called strangers, they are chosen from the nations. These strangers are none other than the people who are going to be born again in Christ Jesus. In the sense, these strangers are born again Christians in the New Testament.
(2Corinthians 5:17)
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When God was speaking through Ezekiel who was in the Old Testament, God referred to these born again Christians as Strangers for the Old Testament.
Further, the 7th verse explains that these strangers use their swords against the beauty of Lucifer's wisdom and to defile his brightness. What sort of swords are these used by strangers (born again Christians)???
Look at the below scriptures:(Eph 6:12-17)
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
The above scriptures reveal that strangers or born again Christians are using the Word of God as their swords. However, even Old Testament people had the Word of God with them. But still they couldn't fight against Satan and against his angels. Why? because Satan, including all of his angels enjoyed angelic powers during the Old Testament. Satan was purely an angel with all wisdom and brightness during the Old Testament.
Then, how could the strangers (born again Christians) could fight against Satan with this armour of God???
The answer is found right in the 9th verse:(9) Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.,
Strangers could fight against Satan and against his angels with the Word of God as their swords just because of the Work of ONE SINGLE MAN.
What did this man do to Satan enabling the strangers to stand against Satan with their swords (the Word of God)?
The above verse reveals that this man slays Lucifer (destroy all angelic powers) so that Lucifer becomes a man in the hand of this man. In other words, this man destroys his angelic powers, and the only power he could enjoy is limited to human power. Thus, Lucifer becomes equal to man in power in the hand of this man.
However, before this man killed Lucifer, Lucifer still remained as the God of this world having all riches. Hence, Lucifer appeared even before this man who finally killed Lucifer, as the God of this world.
Who is this single man?
Look at the below scriptures:(Matthew 4:8-9)
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
The above scriptures reveal that this single man is Jesus Christ, before whom, Satan appeared as the God of this world with all kingdoms under his power. These scriptures clearly prove the fact that Lucifer was controlling the whole world as the God of this world, even when Jesus came to this world in a human form. Why? because God had not judged Lucifer so far from the day Lucifer was found with inequities in the Garden of Eden.
But Jesus was the man (the Son of Man) who slew Lucifer and made him a man for the strangers (born again Christians) to fight against Satan.
Thus, Lucifer's angelic powers were reduced to human power by the Son of God, by being a Man. However, today, Satan cannot use this human power against other humans without the cooperation of humans. Why? because Satan does not have a physical body to manifest human power as he was originally created as an angel.
Human power can be manifested only though a physical body. In other words, a human soul can deal with the physical world as long as it is inside a physical body. But the moment a human soul comes out of the body, he would not do any actions in this world although he truly exists. Therefore Satan is worse than all humans as he is a man without a physical body. As a result, he has to enter a human body of another human soul and use that body to manifest his power (human power).
For example, just imagine that Satan wants to send a huge boulder onto the roof of your house in order to destroy you with the house. When Satan enters another human to do it, all he planned to do is limited to the human power of the person to whom Satan has entered. Hence he cannot do it according to his desire as a human cannot lift such a big boulder with his human power. Thus, Satan would finally send a small stone to your roof by using the human power of the person whom Satan has possessed temporarily for job.
The best part of the story is that Satan cannot enter any humans in order to harm any other human, without the consent or cooperation of them.
