Divine purpose behind Technology

According to the Jews Calendar, which is believed to be counting the number of years since the beginning of the first generation on earth, this is the 5571st  year that is being spent right now.

Let's not waste our precious time in justifying or denying the accuracy of this figure, instead I would like to share with you more important revelation that the Holy Spirit has put in me about the knowledge of man during the period of time before Christ and the period of time after Christ.

The time which is gone after the resurrection of Christ,- roughly 2000 years, is less than half of the time up to the Birth of Christ since the beginning of mankind on earth.

However, TECHNOLOGY existing in the world today has emerged during this short period of 2000 years after the resurrection of Christ.

How come the knowledge of man was stagnated without having any major advancements in TECHNOLOGY for such a long time since the beginning of the world up to the birth of Christ???

Well, before we give much thought to the answer to the above question, let's consider how the Heaven - the dwelling place of God, has been functioning even before the creation of the physical world.

Has the Heaven ever suffered any communication problems based on the distance?
Has the Heaven ever suffered any traveling problems based on the distance?
Has the Heaven ever suffered lighting problems?
Have God or His angels ever suffered any sophisticated items to make their lives comfortable?

The Physical World has had all of the above problems since the day it was created. But the inhabitants of the Earth survived on earth with these problems up to the birth of Christ - a longer period.

However, within a very short period of time, (in comparison to the time since the beginning of mankind up to the birth of Christ), the knowledge of man has increased in such a way that so called TECHNOLOGY has found very satisfactory solutions to all of the above problems faced by man in the physical world.

Now do you believe that the increase in the knowledge of man has taken place gradually with the time of their existence on earth???

Not at all. The above facts reveal that there is a connection between the increase in the knowledge of man in TECHNOLOGY with the birth and resurrection of Christ. Look at the below scriptures.

Matthew 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Luke 24:47 (KJV)
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem


When we read the above scriptures, we understand the final mission Christ has placed upon His disciples after His resurrection from death. He never revealed this Great Commission to His disciples until He was resurrected from death.

But were the disciples in the first century able to reach nations as Jesus wanted them during their life time?

According to the scriptures, it was only St. Paul, who had traveled the longest distance by preaching the Gospel.

However what is the maximum distance travelled by St. Paul?
How many nations could St. Paul cover during his life time?

All of the above problems in the Physical World hindered the saints in the first century to fulfill the Great Commission or the preaching of the Gospel to nations. However within a short period of time the Earth has been occupied by many nations all around.

If the same above problems, which had existed until the birth of Christ, existed even in the present World today, then preaching the Gospel to all nations would have been the greatest mission impossible under the sun.

Dear friends, there is a divine purpose behind TECHNOLOGY in the world, about which people boast foolishly by denying God. But it is God who has given so called TECHNOLOGY to the World in order that His people would complete the last will of Christ, that is preaching the Gospel to nations at an accelerated pace.

But unfortunately, the devil makes the best use of all inventions given by TECHNOLOGY for bringing people to hell. For the quick spread of evil all over the world, the devil is cunningly using TECHNOLOGY in the world. However, is this by chance???

Not at all. It is also the purpose of God that the devil is using the same TECHNOLOGY as it is through the devil using TECHNOLOGY that God brings the scriptures to fulfillment. Look at the below verses in the Book of Revelation:
Revelation 13:16-18
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Well, you know the story that the above scriptures talk about. Yes, it is the mark of the beast, 666. When St. John had this vision, not a single invention had been made, which today would be going to contribute to the fulfillment of this prophecy.

Then how come we say that God did not know that the devil would be using the same TECHNOLOGY God is giving to the world for the sake of the Gospel, in order to bring people to hell???

My dear friends, God is God. We must look at God as God. Then we realize everything.

Nevertheless, as the people of God, we should understand the divine purpose of TECHNOLOGY God has given to the world within a very short period of time after the resurrection and ascending of Christ. With this understanding, let's use every invention of TECHNOLOGY for the Gospel as it is the sole objective of it.

For example, we must look at Internet as something God has given to the people of God to reach nations and spread the Gospel. We must look at all communication media as something God has given to the people of God to reach nations and spread the Gospel. We must look at our fast moving vehicles as something God has given us to reach people in distant places, within a short period of time to teach the Word of God.
Then we begin to realize the sole objective of everything God has given us through TECHNOLOGY. There is no harm in using them for our personal comforts and benefits, but still we should not forget the sole objective of them.
Do you believe that the vehicle or vehicles whatever you are using right now are given by God? Well, if you answer is YES, then remember the sole objective of it while using it for your own purpose.

Okay, if God has blessed you with a vehicle or vehicles, you can contribute to the Gospel Ministry by a very simple act.  This is what you are required to do:

Write a word of God on your windscreen. But this word of God should be something that contributes to the Gospel. For example, you can have a wording like  'JESUS IS COMING SOON' on your windscreen instead of having 'God Bless You!'.

I know by experience that this simple act is not an easy thing for many Christians. Today, many have thousand talks about God and Jesus Christ, but this request is something really challenging them.

At last, I want you not to look at TECHNOLOGY as something that the knowledge of man has brought to this world. It is God who has given the knowledge to man for TECHNOLOGY as He wants to glorify His Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
