 Eternal Judgement - Part 1

Many Christians believe that the way we  live our  life in this world during our short lifespan (mostly 60 to 90 years) determine our eternal life that would end up either in Heaven or Hell.

Further they believe that no one can inherit the eternal life without accepting Jesus Christ during this life on earth as Jesus Himself has said that He is the way, the truth and the life and no man can enter heaven by any other channel.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me

But, if you think this way, apparently the Kingdom of God will be with very, very few people as you hardly find people who meet both of the above conditions.

On the other hand, someone can think that it is not fair for a man to have an eternal judgment based on what he or she does during a very short period of time they live in this world.

Today, there are many religions in this world. People inherit these religions through their parents. Once they receive their religions though their parents, they take it as the only truth which prevents them from searching for the True, Living God. Such people sometimes never get a chance to know about Jesus during their life time. Some of them do not accept Jesus even if they come to know about Him due to the bondage of their own religions.

Did God really mean this kind of judgment for man???
Is this the plan of God for the fallen man to receive the eternal life through His begotten son, Jesus Christ, who suffered a lot for his sins and died on the cross???

Then, can we change what Jesus said in John 14:6???  No, we cannot do that.
Our God is Love. He is God of Love. God has a very fair judgment for the man kind. Many Christians are mistaken in interpreting the Word of God regarding the judgment of man for eternal life

There is a very simple logic here. The point many Christians have missed is that God has kept a judgment day even for hell

So, what do you mean by the judgment of those in hell???
If people go to hell after their death with an eternal judgment, then why should God judge the people in hell again???
Why did God make hell as a temporary place if sinners are cast to hell as a result of an eternal judgment they receive because of their sins in this world?

Think for a moment... This is where many Christians have been mistaken.
As you know hell, which is in the heart or centre of the earth, is a temporary place, which is to be cast into the lake of fire, which is only eternal, after judging those in hell. Look at the below scripture:

Revelation 20:14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

According to the above verse, those in hell really face the eternal judgement at their second death. But does everybody in hell, who have faced the first death, go to eternal fire???
Yes, the answer is right in the next verse:

Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

If all in hell did not have their names in the Book of Life, why should God check their names again in the Book of Life, in order to cast them to eternal fire???

Apparently, according to the above verse, it is very clear that there are some souls in hell, whose names are found in the Book of Life.

The truth is that when someone is cast into hell at their first death, his name is not finalized in the Book of Life. That is why God has to have another judgement for those in hell.

Revelation 20:13
...death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works

According to the above verse, those in hell are judged according to their work.
Does this work mean the work they had done on earth when they were among the living?
