Matthew Chapter 24 - Part 4

(Joel 2:3-5)
A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

These people are very uncommon. Just look at the POWER & AUTHORITY they enjoy.

Why are they given such POWER & AUTHORITY that have never been given to any generations before???

We know these great people appear when the church is severely persecuted. During this era, no one could come out to talk about Christ except these great people  because of the persecution of the ruling countries after World War III. Truly God is raising these great people with all POWER and AUTHORITY to face the enemy during this period.

Let's look at a few verses from the above scriptures to have a better understanding about the POWER & AUTHORITY of these great people.

1. Fire devoureth before them

What does this mean? Yes, these great people can send out fire before them. Why fire before them?

They send out fire to
devour the enemies that are coming before them. Why do they need the fire to destroy them?

Yes, it is because the enemies too have fire with them. They are with fire guns to devour these great people. But these great people have the authority to devour them with heavenly fire.

2. Behind them a flame burneth
Why a flame behind them?  A flame starts to burn behind them in case the enemy tries to attack them from behind.

3. the Land is as garden of Eden before them

This sign shows the authority they have to  perform miracles. What kind of miracles?

Well, in the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve enjoyed HEALTH and WEALTH. These miracles bring healing to the sick and the fullness to the poor.

4. behind them a desolate wilderness

Who are behind them? Yes, those who oppose to the message (Gospel) of these great people are always behind them.

This sign shows the authority they have to bring about curses for those who oppose them. For example, they have the power to call upon droughts and famines on the lands wherein these great people are rejected because of the testimony of Christ they bear.

5. nothing shall escape them

Now this is something remarkable. When you say nothing shall escape them, these great people have the full POWER & AUTHORITY over anyone under the sun. All Glory to God!

THE GOSPEL MINISTRY OF THE GREAT PEOPLE

(Joe 2:6-11)
Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

I have explained the above scriptures below. Please note that I have taken different verses from the above scriptures - Joel 2:6-11, below, with the explanations.

Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
The people explained above are not the enemies that persecute the church. These are some of the priests, pastors and various leaders including some of their followers, who are operating in the traditional church today. Their faces become black as their deeds are brought to light by these great people of God.

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war;
 and they shall not break their ranks: Neither shall one thrust another;
If you carefully read  the above scriptures, you can realize that the STRATEGY followed by these great people to preach the Gospel to all nations is quite different from what the traditional church is using today. Truly, if you look at the way the traditional church has been operating since the first century, you simply understand that it is not the traditional church that is going to preach the gospel to all nations as Jesus has mentioned in Matthew 24:14.

These great people never go out in ranks or bands. Now this system is contrary to the teaching of the traditional church today. However, they shall not break their ranks. Neither they thrust one another.

they shall march every one on his ways,

they shall walk every one in his path:

They gather together in secret. They share the Word of God together in secret. They receive POWER & AUTHORITY in their secret gatherings. Nevertheless, they go out individually as explained by the above verses.
Why do they walk every one in his path? Because of THE ENEMY.

However, still, the enemy attacks them. But the enemy cannot harm these great people as he has done to the saints in the first century and to the traditional church built by them ever since. Look at the below verse:

when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
During this period, people receive salvation in secret in their own homes. Look at the below verse:

They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
Truly the Lord brings a great revival to the collapsed church through these great people. These great people are called THE GREAT ARMY OF GOD. They are quipped with all POWER and AUTHORITY. Read the below verses:

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
Now we realize how the Gospel is preached to the whole world at a time the traditional church is severely persecuted. Truly, when these great people appear, there will be a great revival in the church. God is speaking to the church through His great ARMY to bring about this revival. Look at the below scriptures:
(Joel 2:12-14)
Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?

In the midst of this great revival in the church, there will be another sounding of a trumpet. Look at the next verse:

(Joel 2:15)

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:

Is this the fifth trumpet  sound
(out of seven trumpet sounds), we hear now, as we have heard the fourth trumpet sound with the coming of the Great Army of God???
