How do we make use of the Holy Spirit to bring our salvation to
reality???
In
the first place, we have to make sure that we are found within the right
doctrines. According to the right doctrines, we should obey the commandments of
God. I would suggest everyone to read, study and meditate upon the Word of God independently
without being partial to any denominations. When we become independent, the
Holy Spirit would reveal the TRUTH -Amen!
Then
we must start to communicate with the Holy Spirit, by believing that Jesus
Christ has kept Him in us and with us.
The Holy Spirit, who is in us can be compared to a visitor in our house.
For
instance, let's say, we have someone in our house, who has come to help us. If we do
not talk with him and ask him for any help, he would not accomplish the task
for which he has visited our house.
Just
imagine how a visitor in your house would feel if we do not talk a word with
him. He might feel small and unwanted by us. He might wait for some time and
then leave our house if we continue to avoid him without any conversation.
In
the same way, we have to look at the Holy Spirit. we must welcome the Holy
Spirit in us all the time. We must start communicating with Him all the time,
like with someone, who is standing by us all the time. Initially, we may not
hear the Voice of the Holy Spirit when we talk. But when we continue to
communicate with the Holy Spirit, we begin to see things starting to happen in
our favour. We begin to experience that we have dominion over every situation.
We begin to experience that when we talk, things happen before our own eyes. We
begin to realize that we have some kind of authority in our sphere of contact.
This is wonderful! This is miraculous! We begin to take control over everything
in our life. We do all these things by a very simple practice - Yes, it is the
continuous communication with the Holy Ghost.
I
will give an example of a typical conversation with the Holy Ghost in us. Just imagine you are at the bus stop to catch your
regular bus to office. But you just miss it as you reach the bus stop. Now, you
can have a communication with the Holy Ghost like below:
"Holy
Spirit, now I have missed my bus. But I know that I am not going to be late to
my office today. Oh, Holy Spirit, I know that you are going to take me to my
office on time today."
But,
just imagine, you really get late to your office. Now how would you start your
next conversation with the Holy Spirit?
"My
Lord, Holy Spirit, today I am late to work. But I know without your knowledge,
nothing happens in my life. Sometimes, I am facing this defeat as You want to
humble me. Thank You, Holy Ghost as You are in me and You are with me."
When
we continue in this manner, the devil will flee away from our life with all his
plans to confuse our life. We learn not to murmur against God. We always take
everything in our favour. Whether it is a defeat or victory, we continue to
thank the Holy Spirit. This is the secret. When we continue in this manner, we
begin to see things changing in our favour. Even if we face a defeat for a
moment, the final outcome would be in our favour all the time.
