Story of Garden of Eden - Part 5

1. Where was the first FEMALE ADAM created by God on the 6th day of Creation?
2. Why did God not keep FEMALE ADAM with MALE ADAM in the garden of Eden?

God had a purpose for creating man and bringing him to the earth. God made this purpose known to MAN as soon as He created MAN as MALE and FEMALE. Look at the below scriptures:
Genesis 1:27-28
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

However, when we carefully consider Adam in the Garden of Eden, which we read in Genesis Chapter 2, God had entirely a different purpose regarding this Adam. To be frank, we have to admit that God did not want this Adam to fulfill the purpose of man which God proclaimed to man on the 6th Day of Creation.

Genesis 2:5 reveals for the first time the reason why God formed Adam out of dust and kept him in the garden of Eden.
Genesis 2:5-7

5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. 6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

According to the above scriptures, the reason of forming Adam was to till the ground. But this ground does not refer to the ground all over the face of the earth, but  only within the garden of Eden. How do we prove this?

According to Genesis 2:5, God formed man out of ground before He created plants and herbs. But we read in Genesis Chapter 1 that God created plants and herbs on the 5th day of Creation and God created man only on the 6th day of Creation.

Well, look at the word 'the field' in Genesis 2:5. The word 'FIELD' refers to a specific location in the earth. During the 6 days of Creation, God has never used this word. But after the creation of everything, God was planning to have a separate location on the earth as THE FIELD. Hence in Genesis 2:5, God is referring to the plants and herbs which God was going to grow within this FIELD. That is why plants in Genesis 2:5 are referred to as 'PLANTS OF THE FIELD' and herbs are referred to as 'HERB OF THE FIELD'.

After creating everything, God was planning to plant a FIELD. However, God wanted a man to till God's FIELD. In other words, God wanted a man to maintain all the plants and herbs within God's FIELD. But God never expected man God created on the 6th day of Creation to till the ground covering the face of the whole earth and look after all the trees and plants over the face of the earth. That's why God created all plants and herbs on the 5th day of Creation (before creating man on the 6th day).

But Genesis 2:5 says that God did not keep any plants in the FIELD as there was no man to look after them. So we read in Genesis 2:7 that God first formed this man out of dust and made him a living soul. Then we read in Genesis 2:8 that God planted a garden in Eden and placed this man in it.

Well, now we can understand that the word 'FIELD' in Genesis 2:5 refers to 'GARDEN' in Genesis 2:8. Genesis 2:8 reveals that this FIELD or Garden was planted in Eden. Therefore it was called 'Garden of Eden'.

Genesis 2:8 reveals that the plants and herbs in Genesis 2:5, which God had not formed as there was no man, now being formed by God within the garden (FIELD) of Eden after keeping the man in it.

God created man on the 6th day of Creation in two forms as MALE and FEMALE and gave both of them a single name as 'ADAM'.

Genesis 5:2
Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

God wanted MALE ADAM and FEMALE ADAM to multiply and have dominion over the whole earth. That was the purpose of man. God did not want them to be confined to a FIELD or GARDEN on the earth.

Well, then did God forget the purpose of man at the end of the creation???
Not at all. Now, we come to the mind blowing fact. Yes, the purpose of creating man was in progress outside the garden of Eden. How do you prove this?

We all know the story of Cain and Abel.  Cain was the first son and Abel was the second son of Adam and Eve. After Cain killed his brother Abel, Cain fled away from God and dwelt in the land of Nod, which was in the east of Eden. In Nod, Cain married a girl. Let's look at the below scriptures:

Genesis 4:15-17
15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
16 And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived

Nod was a land outside Eden. It was occupied by people by the time Cain went to dwell there. That was why he was able to find a girl as his wife from Nod.
But we know Adam had his third son, Seth only after Cain killed Abel and fled to Nod.

Gen 4:25
25 And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew

Adam was hundred and thirty years old when he had his third son - Seth. Before he had Seth, he did not have any sons or daughters. But after he had Seth, he lived 800 years and during this period, he had other sons and daughters. Look at the below scriptures:

Genesis 5:3-5
3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth: 4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters: 5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

Now the question is how come people existed on earth if Adam who was in the garden of Eden was the only man to bring new people to the world?

It is obvious that people existed over the face of the earth (outside the garden of Eden) when this Adam was in the garden of Eden. These people would have been originated from the male Adam and female Adam God created on the 6th day of Creation. However, Adam in the garden of Eden seemed to be the first living soul to reside in a physical body.

Why did God want to separate this Adam who was in a physical body with a different purpose in a garden from the rest of the people (ADAMS) over the earth?
