We and our mother Mary

When we read the Books of Prophet Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel, we can understand the divine power of God Almighty to ordain the future. In the process of ordaining the future, God has prophetically mentioned about persons in order to bring the events, which have been ordained, to pass in the future. For example, God ordained that the body of Christ be wounded and bruised by certain people. Through Prophet Isaiah, God proclaimed this event many years ago. Look at the below scripture.
Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities

God ordained this event to take place well before the persons who would be used to wound and bruise the body of Christ, were born.

How did God know about these persons who were going to fulfill this prophecy of Isaiah?

Well, God ordained that His son, Jesus Christ would be wounded and bruised. But the persons who were going to do this were chosen only at the due time that the prophecy was fulfilled. In other words, in order to bring the events God has ordained for the future, there are many characters to be chosen from the world at due times at which these event really take place.

Persons are chosen for these characters according to their nature. For example, God wanted to choose a thief, who could be led to REPENTANCE later, in order to get that person betray Jesus. When the right time came, Judas Iscariot was qualified to play this character in the event ordained by God, as he had this nature.

In the same way, it was ordained by God that Jesus would be born to the world as a human through a holy virgin, who would be later married to a person from the house of David. When the right time came, a lady called Mary, who lived in a city called Nazareth in Galilee was qualified to play this character in the event ordained by God.
Luke 1:26-27
26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, 27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

In the same way, there are many characters to be played by persons on earth, in events ordained by God to take place during these last days. You and I could be qualified before God to play these characters - we never know. For example, let's look at the wonderful character in Isaiah 45:1-7, which is yet to be played by someone on earth during these last days. If the time is due for God to choose the person to play this character, God would speak to the person
from that portion of scripture, when calling for the action, provided he is found to be qualified.

Yes, you and I have many wonderful characters to play, which have been prophesied by the mouth of the prophets in the Old Testament. In case you are chosen, then your name is also in the Bible. What a blessing!

But remember, not only noble characters, but also cursed characters have been ordained by God to be played by different persons. For example, St. John prophesied many such characters in the Book of Revelation. Look at the below scripture:
Revelation 21:8
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Today, we know many people pray to saints who were among the living like us, in the past, asking them to intercede before God on their behalf. However, we all know that these saints were mere persons just like us.

What is the difference between them and us???

Well, they were unique in their character to be chosen by God to play in His events ordained many years ago. That is the only difference between those saints and us. But we even can break this difference by being unique before God in order to be qualified to play much better and noble characters in the coming events during these last days.

If I play such a character today and die tomorrow, are you going to pray to me also, asking for my intercession before God for your sake???

Dear friends, we have to remember that Jesus Christ is the only Way to go to God the Father.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

In the Old Testament, only the high priest could go to the Most Holy Place in the Temple. They could do so only once a year on the day of atonement. There was a veil separating the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place in the Temple.
Exodus 26:33
33 And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy.

Thanks to our God for His son Jesus Christ! We do not need any intercessors anymore as the death of Christ has broken all these barriers. We do not need a high priest anymore to go to the Most Holy Place (before God) to hear His own voice as the veil separating the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place was rent into two by the death of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Mark 15:37-38
37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. 38 And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
