I am a born again Christian. I came to know the Lord in 1988 through a local church, - 'Assembly of God'. Ever since I have joined several churches, of which, Pentecostal Mission is the church where I actively participated in services for longer number of years.
However, I was experiencing spiritual falls so badly in my life since the day I came to know the Lord. I realized that I needed some power from God to overcome my temptations. Unfortunately, I didn't experience this power in any local church I attended in my country.
Long story short, when I was in the world as a backslider for a number of years, fleeing from the Lord and giving in to my own temptations, in the year 2009, I happened to watch a video of a particular pastor. He was revealing the way of experiencing the power of God through his life testimony. So I simply followed what he said. That's it. Ever since, I am going up in my spiritual life by the power of the Holy Ghost. All Glory to God!
Nevertheless, I am not attached to any church at the moment as I have not found any denomination in Sri Lanka, which is based on the three core ministries, namely Deliverance, Healing & Teaching (for Perfection in Christ).
I am interested in reaching people through deliverance, healing and teaching as these three ministries are inter-related and no denomination can be established bypassing any of them.
I do love every human irrespective of their race, cast, education etc.. etc.. as long as I can do so without breaking the commandments of God.
